What To Expect At Your Appointment

Your First Visit

A few things to know about your first visit:

If you are a new patient please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete paperwork and for the office to log you in and take your insurance information.

Click here to visit the forms and insurance page where you will find links to the forms that you can print, complete at home and bring in with you.

Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment. If you are on workers compensation please bring in the claim number and case manager information.

When you come to us, you receive custom, individualized care. We know there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Whether your goal is to climb the stairs or Mt. Marathon, we will help you get there.

If required by your insurance, please have your doctor fax your referral to us at (907) 569-5562. If you have a copy of the referral, please bring it with you.

It is also helpful to bring MRI or Xray results if you have them.

Appointments are approximately 45-60 minutes. During this time you will receive one-on-one time with your physical therapist. Your appointment may take place both in a private room and the clinic gym, depending on the specific treatment for your condition. Our therapists will work with you to develop an individualized plan for your recovery.

Following Visits

Subsequent visits are approximately 45-60 minutes in length. The frequency of your appointments and duration of your treatment will depend on your condition. Your therapist will work with you to understand the findings of your evaluation and will encourage you to be involved in your treatment plan.
